A 14/12 pitch roof line provides ample head room in the loft area.

Three model options are available: Loft Bunkie (base kit), Loft Bunkie with 4' Cantilevered Loft Extension/ Porch Overhang, or Loft Bunkie with Full Front Porch Attached.(which also extends loft).

Your Loft Bunkie starts out with a 34" solid wood door and three windows complete with screens.  The door is outfitted with keyed entry, and windows latch from the inside. Windows and screens are easily removed for cleaning. If desirable change to aluminum windows and a steel door with window for minimal additional cost. Thermal pane upgrade and 4 season options are also available.

Consider adding windows to side/backwall or up in the back loft.  Bump up to 8' walls, or prepare the building for 4 seasons. Add a 56" or 72" double door to the back, which functions as  a "wall" during summer, but facilitates storage of large deck and dock furniture, water toys and lawn equipment come Fall.

Available in 9', 10'  and 12' widths and in lengths up to 24'.

9' x 12' and now 10' x 15' are the  most popular size. 160 square foot bunkie may not require a permit. (check with local authority)
